Responsibilities & Main Activities

  • Perform general carpentry duties on commercial and construction projects
  • Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and project specifications
  • Measure, cut, and install building materials accurately
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely
  • Assist with framing, finishing, concrete work, and other construction tasks as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
  • Collaborate with supervisors and crew members to complete projects efficiently
  • Follow company safety procedures and project timelines

Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous carpentry or construction experience preferred
  • Ability to read tape measures and perform basic construction math
  • Knowledge of construction tools, materials, and methods
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
  • Ability to adapt to changing jobsite conditions and tasks
